Tracy T. Doran, Board Chair

Tracy Doran, President is responsible for financing of all developments which includes commitments for permanent loans and syndication agreements, organizational management and budgets, and development of special projects for fundraising.

Kay D. Clamp

As executive director for the South Carolina Petroleum Council since 1998, Kay is a veteran of business and public service in state government and has demonstrated a long-standing commitment to employment opportunities for South Carolina residents.

Shane J. Doran

Shane Doran has been on the Board of Directors since its’ formation and is currently Vice President of Public Relations for Humanities Foundation. Mr. Doran has years of experience in public relations and numerous contacts with the press in addition to an extensive knowledge of joint ventures, commercial development, asset management and construction management. This allows Shane to understand the public relations needs of the Foundation and act accordingly in a way that benefits the Foundation and the communities in which it serves.

Stephen R. Shuler

A real estate professional with experience in the development and leasing of retail properties, Stephen brings experience in all aspects of product creation, pre-leasing, land acquisition, performance analysis and property financing, as well as the creation and ownership of multi-unit properties.

W. Dale Smith

Currently CEO of W.Smith & CO., a marketing services company located in Atlanta, GA, Dale brings over 30 years of management experience in the public and private sectors, including appointments as Commissioner of Commerce and Deputy Secretary of the Commerce Cabinet for the State of Kentucky. He has administered and has first - hand experience in working with federal and state housing agencies.

Donald B. Pardue, Jr., MAI, SRA

Mr. Pardue is a distinguished appraiser with decades of experience in the valuation of various types of real estate. This background will benefit the foundation during key stages of the development process. Mr. Pardue resides in Atlanta, Georgia and holds a Bachelor of Science from Georgia State University.

David O. Eldridge

A lawyer with over 30 years of experience with the development of real estate projects of all kinds, including mixed-use developments and affordable housing projects, as well as experience with natural resource preservation, zoning matters, and federal, state and local legislative efforts, and his service on the boards of and as counsel to other 501(c)(3) organizations, David brings a unique set of skills, expertise and dedication to help further the mission of the Foundation.

Anne T. Wyatt

As President of Utopia Marketing, a Greenville, SC based creative marketing agency, Anne has over 18 years of marketing and branding experience. Anne previously served as Assistant Director for Humanities Foundation from 1994-1999. She holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of South Carolina and an M.B.A from The Citadel College of Graduate and Professional Studies.
