Robert J. Doran, Chairman
As president of James Doran Company, Bob oversees the financial, development and management of real estate assets of the company. Over the last 20 years with the company, he has overseen development of retail space, office space and multi-family residential units throughout the Southeast representing more than $1 billion dollars worth of real estate transactions. In addition to running James Doran Company, Bob serves as board chair of Humanities Foundation. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Tracy T. Doran, President
Having served as president of Humanities Foundation since she co-founded the organization with her husband, Bob, in 1992, Tracy has decades of service answering the need for affordable housing in the Tri-county area, including having served as chair of the Charleston, South Carolina's Mayor's Council on Homelessness and Affordable Housing.

Kay D. Clamp
As executive director for the South Carolina Petroleum Council since 1998, Kay is a veteran of business and public service in state government and has demonstrated a long-standing commitment to employment opportunities for South Carolina residents.

Shane J. Doran
As President for James Doran Company, Shane provides extensive background in real estate finance and development, coupled with experience in construction management, construction finance, acquisition and disposition of property.  

Stephen R. Shuler
A real estate professional with experience in the development and leasing of retail properties, Stephen brings experience in all aspects of product creation, pre-leasing, land acquisition, performance analysis and property financing, as well as the creation and ownership of multi-unit properties.

W. Dale Smith
Currently president and CEO of LecStar Corporation, a competitive local exchange carrier located in Atlanta, GA, Dale brings over 30 years of management experience in the public and private sectors, including appointments as commissioner of commerce and deputy secretary of the commerce cabinet for the State of Kentucky.

John H. Disher, III
Having spent most of his career working in all areas of the Southeastern regional real estate industry, John has significant experience in the leasing, management, sales and syndication of various types of commercial property including apartment complexes, office buildings, shopping centers, industrial buildings, development tracts for large subdivisions and the syndication of raw land as a securities broker.

Frank Haygood
As a veteran commercial real estate developer and part of the Mayor's Central Business District Revitalization Commission, Frank has taken a leadership role in Charleston's preservation initiatives as it relates to commercial development. Recent projects include the restoration and re-purposing of one of the city's premier art deco buildings, the creation of small, urban-friendly retail centers downtown, upscale suburban grocery anchored centers, and large distribution/industrial tenants.
