Seven Farms Village, the latest development completed by Humanities Foundation, has been awarded LEED Gold status by the Green Building Council. The property is the first multi-family development in the South Carolina to receive the honor and is the highest ranking multi-family development in the history of South Carolina. The LEED certification takes site sustainability, energy efficiency, water efficiency, materials and resources, indoor environmental quality, design innovation and other factors into account to make sure a building is built in the most environmentally responsible way possible.
