Many active nonprofit organizations and for-profit companies have identified the need for affordable housing yet do not have the expertise to develop such housing. Humanities Foundation provides one-on-one technical assistance in site location and acquisition, environmental studies and soil borings, appraisal techniques, financial presentation methods, and debt and equity sourcing. It also provides ongoing development consulting to assist with affordable housing development.
