Humanities Foundation and James Doran Company are proud to announce the successful financial closing of Poinsette, an 88-unit affordable housing community for residents 55 and older in Charleston, SC.

This project would not be possible without the generous support of our funding partners: South Carolina Housing, City of Charleston, Charleston Housing Authority, Monarch Private Capital, South State Bank, Cedar Rapids Bank and Trust, Palmetto Community Care, Raymond James & Climb Fund.
